As we can see on the map, there is a great variety of universities in the sector where the hotel is located, which is on Calle 80 # 10-11; I thought it convenient to design a hotel for students who come from other cities and even from other countries around 18 to 26 years old, I wanted the rooms to be of a large size since these are going to spend a long season of about 2 to 6 years .

For the design of this hotel I wanted it to be cozy but at the same time youthful and functional because of the type of user it will have, I gave it the warmth with the use of materials such as wood, the rug and place a stone wall in each room that will make the space stand out even more, the youthful style I wanted to give it with the blue and orange colors that are complementary colors, these would have to be bright colors to give more life to the place and the contrast colors gave me the rug and the wood.
